A-1 Self Storage, the premier provider of self storage in California, announced their monetary donation to the Through Kyle’s Eyes Foundation’s “Fight Fore Sight 100” event to be held on July 20, 2012 at the Legends Golf Club in Temecula, CA. Kyle Lograsso is a 10 year old cancer survivor with a positive outlook on life. He is challenging golfers to play 100 holes of golf with him to help raise money for Retinoblastoma research.

Through Kyle’s Eyes Foundation was named in Kyle’s honor and established by his parents, Jeff and Regina Lograsso. The Foundation’s mission is to bring awareness and finding a cure for Retinoblastoma, a life-threatening eye cancer usually detected in infants between the ages of 6 – 24 months. They also help provide research funding to the Eye Tumor Research Foundation at Will’s Eye Institute and other organizations researching Retinoblastoma. Kyle Lograsso was a two year old toddler when he was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma. He underwent extensive testing and ultimately had surgery to have his left eye removed rather than face having only months to live. Kyle endured months of chemotherapy over the next couple of years to treat the four tumors in his other eye. He also had a prosthetic eye lens successfully implanted in his left eye.
