American Buildings Company (ABC) announces the following new hire: Chip Wilson joins the company as the new North Georgia District Manager of ABC. He brings more than 25 years of experience to this position, including most recently serving as a special products manager on the insulation side of the metal building industry. His extensive experience in insulation sales management includes developing a telemarketing program, which increased sales 25 percent; co-authoring “Operation Focus,” a program which identified and targeted new business increasing sales 100 percent; and assisting in development of marketing plans for new products. Wilson holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Accounting from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Ga.
