The facility represents the fortieth self storage center that Amsdell Companies has acquired to be operated as Compass Self Storage. This store will be the tenth location operating under the Compass flag in the Michigan market.

This acquisition also marks the company’s eleventh self storage acquisition in 2013 alone. “We are thrilled to expand our footprint in the Greater Detroit market to include this location in Roseville,” said Todd Amsdell, President.
