This transaction marks the third acquisition that Amsdell has completed in the past two weeks. They purchased a storage center inAcworth, GA on March 25 and in Jacksonville, FL on March 27. This brings the total Compass Self Storage portfolio to 44 locations.

The facility offers drive up storage unit access, climate controlled units, outdoor parking, digital surveillance, online payment options and a full line of moving and packing supplies. “We look forward to getting involved in the local community and servicing the moving and storage needs of our new customers in the Deptford area with the acquisition of this top notch self storage center,” said Todd Amsdell, President.
