The facility offers drive up access, individually alarmed units, outdoor storage, truck rental, and a full line of moving supplies.

This store will be the fourth in the greater Atlanta market for Compass. The company acquired a three-property portfolio in the Atlanta area in January of this year. This acquisition also represents the twentieth self-storage acquisition that the company has completed since March 2012.
