B C Cole Auctioneers, the leader in Arizona Storage lien auctions, has announced that Edward “Casey” Jones, a Senior Auctioneer and partner for 12 years, will take over company leadership as CEO. He will succeed Bill Cole, the company’s founder, as of January 1, 2015. “On the day of our 24th Anniversary, it is time for me to step down from the day to day operations and turn it over to a new progressive and high tech management team,” says Cole, who is also a founding member of the Arizona Self Storage Association (AZSA) and recipient of the coveted Pioneer Award in 2010. “Sometimes you have to make business model disruptions for the continued growth of the company.” Established in 1991 to exclusively serve the needs of the Arizona self-storage industry, B C Cole Auctioneers has grown to be the largest lien company in the state and one of the most respected in the Southwest, hosting storage auctions from Nogales, Arizona to Las Vegas, Nevada. The company has more than 1,600 storage lien auctions already scheduled for 2015 and strives to grow with new auction marketing, sale methods, and technology.
