Bellomy & Co. announced the sale of Additional Self Storage in Copperas Cove, Texas. The 580 unit facility comprises 81,654 net rental square feet. It is located about seventy miles northwest of Austin. Originally a 66,389 square-foot Walmart, the facility was converted to self-storage in early 2007. Later that year, an additional 15,000 square feet of drive-up, non-climate controlled units was added.

Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson, and John Owens had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Bill Lockhart of Lampasas, Texas. The team also procured the west Texas based buyer.
