Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson, and John Owens had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Reading Road Self Storage, Ltd. of Katy, Texas.  Bellomy, Johnson, and Owens also procured The Jenkins Organization, Inc., the Houston, Texas based buyer.
