COMPASS SELF STORAGE GROWS FOOTPRINT IN ATLANTA WITH ACQUISITION OF TWO SELF STORAGE CENTERS

 

Cleveland, OH – February 12, 2015 – Compass Self Storage, a member of the Amsdell family of companies, is proud to announce the purchase of two self storage centers in the Greater Atlanta Area. The self storage centers are located at 1680 Hiram Douglasville Hwy in Hiram, GA and 3280 Dallas Hwy in Marietta, GA. The Hiram self storage center offers over 78,000 net rentable square feet and the Marietta location offers over 59,000 net rentable square feet. Compass Self Storage LLC ( www.compassselfstorage.com) will operate both locations. Compass now has seven locations throughout the Atlanta area and fifty-five locations nationwide. J. Both the Hiram and Marietta self storage centers offer full service drive up unit access, climate controlled units, digital surveillance, electronic access, online payments, truck rental and a full line of moving and packing supplies.
