In response to some confusion in the industry, PTI Security Systems announces that they will continue to manufacture and support the Digitech product line. Chamberlain had previously alluded that this line may be discontinued, but our customers should know it’s not our intent to discontinue the brand or its products. We are working on a complete migration path for customers who wish to adapt to the newer technology currently available in PTI products, but will not force our Digitech customers to replace existing systems in the event of a component failure. The core products in the Digitech product family are essential to many of our customers’ needs, and we intend to support these products well into the future.
