Extra Attic Mini Storage, a Virginia based family owned self-storage business, announces the grand opening of a new expansion to their Bethlehem Road facility. The newly expanded space offers more storage for new and returning customers. Extra Attic will be hosting a Grand Opening and Open House event with refreshments to showcase the new expansion. “We are extremely excited to expand our facility because we want to address the needs of the growing community in the area,” said Facility Manager Laurie Kriigel. “Our large sized units are always sold out so we came up with a plan to accommodate more customers.” Expansion Features:

• 10,600 square feet of space
• Additional 35 enclosed units
• Units offer over 150 square feet
• Tractor trailer access with two 8×10 electric roll up doors on loading dock

The expansion also includes a new, advanced lighting system with energy efficient ‘daylight’ fixtures and a new energy efficient heating unit. The facility also houses two large ventilation fans that keep the entire space comfortable during the summer heat. Customer entry is controlled by an electronic key pad that is monitored by the on-site manager for added safety. Extra Attic will conduct tours of the facility and give the opportunity to meet the entire staff. Free refreshments at the event will be served that include:
