Hoerth Storage at 501 West Rolling Meadows Drive sold in 84 days at 96 percent of its original list price. Hoerth Storage is a 132,853 net-rentable square foot self-storage facility constructed on approximately 12 acres of land. The facility has 18 single-story buildings that consist of 344 non-climate controlled units, 35 climate-controlled units and 21 commercial warehouse spaces. The property was built between 1986 and 2013 and features numerous amenities including, but not limited to, an on-site manager’s office, security lighting, video surveillance, drive-up bay doors (commercial space) and roll-up doors (non-climate).
