Your Storage Solution is located at 12506 North Lamar Boulevard in Austin, Texas. The property rests upon approximately 2.27 acres of land and consists of 772 units, all of which are climate-controlled. The facility is comprised of one, three-story building that was built in 2009.

The property’s amenities include 24-hour video surveillance, key-card entry/exit, fire sprinklers, two large elevators, package delivery services, garage-style roll-up doors, two loading docks and wide concrete driveways around the building’s perimeter.
