Northwest Self Storage teamed up with Project Lemonade to collect more than 5000 pairs of socks to benefit foster youth. We utilized our 73 locations across the pacific northwest to give $10 discounts to tenants who brought in a new pair of socks. Our tenant base was very receptive and helped us achieve a goal far beyond what we originally anticipated. We are more than pleased to help Project Lemonade whose mission is to support and promote confidence in foster youth. Each August, Project Lemonade offers youth ages 5-20 a shopping experience for free back to school clothes in a pop-up shop. Each foster child chooses his or her own new or nearly new outfits, accessories and shoes.
