RHW Capital Management Group together with Woodbridge Capital Partners recently purchased Solano Storage and Retail Center in Fairfield, CA. The facility has 600 self-storage units and 7 fully occupied retail units. “Our team was formed to acquire selfstorage assets and manage ongoing projects with state-of-the-art industry leading practices. We are a property management company with an acquisition and analysis division.” said James Hanrahan one of the four industry veterans that put together the deal. The four team members have over 100 combined years of acquisitions and operational experience. Members of the group are: William T. Lappas, Ryan T. Rogers, James J. Hanrahan and Christopher Weber. “The nature of the Solano deal having both retail and storage made it more difficult for other acquisition groups to purchase the property. Because our equity sources are private we were able to have more flexibility in putting this deal together.” said William Lappas. ” Together our group has acquired a number of properties and are looking to purchase many properties in the next few months. We are currently in the position to not only purchase facilities, we can also help ownership groups that want to buy select partners out, yet still have others that stay involved.” RHW Capital Management Group, LLC offices are located at 1820 Orangewood Ave. Suite 203, Orange, CA 92868 email: info@rhwcapital.com phone: 949.427.8311
