SBS Construction announced today the completion of its latest new construction project, the New Braunfels Storage facility located at 2090 IH-35 in New Braunfels, Texas. The 534 unit, multi-story project encompasses 77,000 square feet of storage. Providing both, climate and nonclimate controlled units, this facility is located in the growing IH-35 corridor between San Antonio and Austin. Owned by Daughtry-Boerne Investments, the facility is currently open for business and will be managed by Professional Management, Inc. This facility is the first of several development projects by Daughtry-Boerne Investments, all of which will be constructed by SBS Construction.
