Storage Asset Management, Inc. (SAM) was awarded management contracts for 3 self storage properties in the Philadelphia, PA area beginning December 2013. Storage King USA -Kensington, Storage King USA -Overbrook & Storage King USA – Germantown have joined the SAM portfolio. The 3 property portfolio consists of over 160,000 rentable square feet and over 2,100 storage units.

Storage Asset Management, Inc. (SAM) was also awarded the management contract for Valley Storage – Lexington in Lexington, VA beginning January 2014. Lexington Self Storage was purchased in early January and added to the Valley Storage portfolio. Valley Storage – Lexington consists of 2 locations comprising of nearly 50,000 rentable square feet and over 375 storage units.
