Storage Asset Management, Inc. (SAM) has been awarded two new self-storage management contracts to kick off the second half of 2015. SAM will now manage Chesmont Self Storage in Pottstown, PA; and Salisbury Storage Warehouse in Salisbury, MD. These are the seventh and eighth management contracts that SAM has been awarded in 2015. Chesmont Storage is a 65,173 square foot facility with 516 total units. The gated and fenced facility features inside and outside storage for large vehicles, along with temperate controlled units. Salisbury Storage Warehouse is comprised of 434 storage units in 38,940 square feet.

The facility is fenced and lit with electronic gate access. Both facilities now feature new websites with the ability to reserve and pay online to better serve tenants.
