Storage Express has acquired a self-storage property in Columbus, Ohio. The 35,000 square foot facility is located on the southeast side of the city on Chatterton Road, just south of I-70. This facility is the company’s first in Columbus, and their sixth in the Buckeye State. The Company will upgrade the property with the latest generation tenant security, access control features, its signature 24-Hour Rental Center, and other amenities common to their portfolio. Storage Express is eager to expand throughout Ohio along the I-70 and I-75 corridors. Storage Express buys, builds, and upgrades self-storage properties across Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee and Ohio. Rentals are centralized out of the Company’s Bloomington, Indiana headquarters. Local Field Service Representatives keep all 84 locations in top-notch shape. Storage Express is actively expanding, pursuing growth opportunities through acquisitions and development opportunities.
