The 24-hour storage kiosk also allows current customers to update their Storage Post rental accounts and to pay monthly bills. Special features offered by the kiosk include a fingerprint scanner for optimal security; driver’s license scanner; payment processors for cards, checks and cash; a camera and microphone; a digital signature pad for authorization; and a comprehensive storage avatar named Megan who guides users through the kiosk’s processes.
The addition of a 24-hour storage kiosk will assist customers by providing fast results, even if the on-site staff is busy or gone for the day. Storage Post already offers convenience features like online bill pay, covered loading bays, in-store packing supplies free Wi-Fi and delivery acceptance at many of its locations.
