Ms. Gower graduated from the University of South Florida in 1994 where she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and in 1997 received her Master’s degree in Business Administration. In 2003 she obtained her Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification, and in 2007 she obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) certification. As an HR Business Partner, Ms. Gower’s responsibilities include consulting with ADP TotalSource clients in employee relations, investigations, state and federal compliance, management training, and benefits plan designs.
