THE WILLIAM WARREN GROUP OPENS STORQUEST SELF STORAGE IN DENVER

The William Warren Group (WWG), a privately held, Santa Monica, Calif.-based self storage development and operating company is announcing the opening of its newest StorQuest Self Storage development in Denver. StorQuest Denver is located at 5200 E. Evans Ave (located off the I-25 freeway just south of Cherry Creek Shopping Center) and is only five minutes from downtown Denver. The new location marks the WWG’s 13th self storage property in the Denver region, and 80th in the company’s operating portfolio.

Conveniently located a few miles from downtown Denver, the new StorQuest Denver consists of the conversion of an existing 74,000 sq. ft. industrial building, with 54,000 rentable square feet of climate controlled space and approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of traditional drive-up units.

“Denver has been one of our strongest markets throughout the recession,” said Tim Hobin, senior vice president of the WWG. “We knew the property was a good candidate for conversion due to its excellent location on an extremely busy east / west Denver arterial street with a dense three mile population, strong market fundamentals and a good warehouse building with lots of parking.”
