First published in 2004, the Expense Guidebook is the leading source of self-storage operating expense information offering ranges and averages by region in the major expense categories.
The 2014 edition has been reformatted and revamped to provide even more data to help self-storage operators better understand industry expense trends. Your responses to the survey are a critical component of this project.
PLEASE NOTE: The survey includes detailed questions about operating performance. You may find it helpful to consult your 2013 P&L statement while completing the survey. All data collected will be compiled and presented in an aggregate format. You personal information will remain strictly confidential.
