Absolute Secures New Management Contract
The ownership group of Rock Chapel Self Storage, a newly built facility in Lithonia, Ga., has hired Absolute Storage Management (Absolute) to professionally manage the site. The 55,025-rentable-square-foot facility offers 486 units.
Rock Chapel Self Storage opened this month and began offering move-in specials to all new rentals. Rock Chapel Self Storage provides safe, secure, climate-controlled units with advanced security and no reservation fee to the local communities of Swift Creek, Centerville, Grace Community, and Lakeview Estates.
