Devon Awarded Property Management of Six Self-Storage Assets

Devon Self Storage, a member of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., has been awarded the property management contract for six self-storage properties in Indiana, Colorado, Michigan, Nevada, and Louisiana totaling approximately 361,000 square feet.

The locations of the properties are under the new contract are as follows:

  • 1121 North Coliseum Boulevard in Fort Wayne, Indiana, offering 70,919 square feet of 603 climate-controlled units
  • 11402 Cherokee Street in Northglenn, Colorado, offering 50,503 square feet of 487 units
  • 2019 Dixie Highway in Waterford, Michigan, offering 54,150 square feet of 459 climate-controlled units
  • 2645 S. Nellis Boulevard in Las Vegas offering 48,850 square feet of 387 climate-controlled units
  • 10811 Coursey Boulevard in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, offering 70,307 square feet of 595 climate-controlled units
  • 10770 Jefferson Highway also in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, offering 67,015 square feet of 496 climate-controlled units. 

 

To date, Devon manages 119 properties for 12 property-owners across the nation. Devon expects to add approximately 100 additional self-storage facilities by year-end.
