Extra Space Storage partner dunamis develops new properties
Indiana-based real estate investment and development company Dunamis Development has been focusing on expanding self-storage facilities nationwide by partnering with Extra Space Storage. The company, lead by partners Robert McCormack, Matt Jackson and Bart Jackson, currently has self-storage projects in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. Now, Dunamis is developing in Florida and Georgia with the following projects in the works:

Cape Coral, FL
Address: 3205 Tropicana Parkway West, Cape Coral, FL
Description: Two-story, climate-controlled self-storage facility and eight non-climate-controlled self-storage buildings for a total of 121,406 GSF and 101,119 NRSF.
Ellenwood, GA
Address: 2643 Anvil Block Road, Ellenwood, GA
Description: Two-story, climate-controlled self-storage facility and five non-climate-controlled self-storage buildings for a total of 113,800 GSF and 94,193 NRSF.
Ormond Beach, FL
Address: 768 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL
Description: Three-story, climate-controlled self-storage facility with 106,140 GSF and 82,100 NRSF.
Port Orange, FL
Address: 1300 Reed Canal Road, Port Orange, FL
Description: Three-story, climate-controlled self-storage facility with 111,606 GSF and 86,600 NRSF
