MSM Launches New & Improved Online Self-Storage Buyer’s Guide
Just in time for the New Year, Modern Storage Media (MSM) has launched a new online Self-Storage Buyer’s Guide, a comprehensive listing of businesses and organizations that operate within the self-storage space.
The online guide had previously been maintained through a third-party website that offered limited flexibility. Now, MSM has relocated all listings directly to their own website for better security, easier access, and new features, including a more dynamic “search” function that shuffles through listings as users look up companies by name, location, or service.
While the guide maintains the basic and premium listing structure, the more exclusive premium listings are now prioritized on the site. Premium listings also have some exciting new benefits:
- A link to a dedicated MSM webpage featuring company branding/colors
- Ability to add charts, graphics, and documents
- Access to new layouts with video and photo grids
- Ability to link to all social media accounts
“It’s exciting to bring the Self-Storage Buyer’s Guide onto our own website,” said Poppy Behrens, Publisher at MSM. “It enables us to do so much more with the listings, creating more value for advertisers, especially those who go premium. With this newfound flexibility, we expect to continue to add features as we go.”
MSM first began publishing the print edition of the Self-Storage Buyer’s Guide in 1989 (when the company was known as Mini-Storage Messenger), later adding an online edition. Since the beginning, the guide has been known as “The Yellow Pages of the Self-Storage Industry,” as it quickly became an invaluable resource for those needing a particular product or service specializing in self-storage.
