Niagara Zoning Law To Change For Storage Facilities
Proposed in September, a zoning law to change the permissions for self-storage facilities that required permission from the Niagara County Planning Board will be voted on this week by the Niagara Town Council members.
The proposed change, which would only affect commercially zoned property within the town, removes the option to construct self-storage facilities in the business zoning. Should the change be approved, self-storage facilities would be restricted to light and heavy industrial zones.
