Michigan-based Pogoda Companies has announced two new management contracts in Goodrich, Michigan and Traverse City, Michigan. Goodrich has 57,600 sqaure feet in 376 units and the Traverse City property has 71,300 square feet in 500 units. Both are all drive-up spaces, have 24-hour digital surveillance, and will offer a full line of boxes and packing supplies. Pogoda now has over 50 self storage properties in Michigan.
