Birmingham, AL. StoreEase announces a strategic partnership with Reliant Real
Estate Management (DBA Midgard Self Storage) to implement its Virtual Technology Platform as a
SaaS / white label solution. This initial rollout will consist of 11 properties in the Huntsville and
northern Alabama MSAs. Reliant will deploy Virtual Managers® to its facility offices via StoreEase’s
patented Virtual Counter® hardware. Reliant Virtual Managers will interface with StoreEase’s patent
pending Virtual Management Operating System (VMOS) to deliver front-end virtual customer facing
operations that will be supported by physical managers on the ground completing daily back-end
tasks.

The initial phase of Reliant stores will commence with the new Virtual Operations in September.
