TSSA Names 2024-25 executive committee
The Texas Self Storage Association (TSSA) board recently elected its 2024 to 2025 executive committee:
- President Ross Pfeifer of Hixon Properties, Inc.
- Vice President John McAfee of The Storage Place – DFW
- Treasurer Shrenik Shah of Montfort Capital Partners
- Secretary Erik Tolpo of Tallwood Storage
- Immediate Past President Andrew Guinn of Seamless Capital
TSSA also recently welcomed the following newly elected board members:
- Vianney Jasik of Trusted Self Storage Professionals in San Antonio
- Edwin Roark of Roark Properties, Inc., in Georgetown
- Michael Johnson of Versal Partners in Austin was elected to serve as the vendor representative
The other 2024 to 2025 TSSA directors of the board are as follows:
- Raheem Amer of My Place Self Storage in Plano
- Nathan Bennett of UTEX Storage Partners in Dallas
- Brian Cisarik of SurePoint Development, LLC in San Antonio
- Katie Cowen of National Storage Affiliates (NSA) in Garland
- Clayton Smith of Osprey Companies/Nest Storage in Kingwood
