Driver Crashes Into oregon Storage Facility Damaging Several Units
Thursday morning was not a good morning for a Redmond, Oregon woman, or the owners of Northwest Self Storage. The woman crashed her 2019 Subaru Outback through a fence and into the self-storage property located at Northwest Sixth Street around 7:25 am. Officers and medics responded immediately, and reported no injuries.
The 53-year-old woman driver crashed into three units when she blasted through the fence. According to officers at the scene, there were no signs of impairment involving the driver, but the woman reported a possible mechanical problem and said she was having difficulty steering at the time
No citations have been issued yet, and the tenants of the damaged units have been notified.
